Northwoods Supply Solutions – Return and Refund Policy

Northwoods Supply Solutions is a business-to-business supplier operated by Northwoods Commerce Group LLC. Because products may be sourced and fulfilled through multiple wholesale distributors and manufacturers, return eligibility and procedures can vary by product and supplier.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from Northwoods Supply Solutions. Do not return a product to Northwoods Supply Solutions, the manufacturer, or a fulfillment warehouse without receiving return instructions from us first.

To request a return, contact support@northwoodsb2b.com with your order number, item information, quantity, and reason for the return.

Return eligibility is subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier return requirements and the condition of the product.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or a shipment is missing items, contact us as soon as possible at support@northwoodsb2b.com and include:

• Order number
• Product and quantity affected
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable

We will work with the applicable supplier, manufacturer, or carrier to resolve the issue.

Please retain all packaging and damaged goods until we provide further instructions.

Customer-Requested Returns

Products ordered correctly but no longer wanted may be eligible for return depending on the product and supplier.

Approved returns may be subject to:

• Return shipping costs
• Manufacturer or distributor restocking fees
• Original shipping charges
• Other supplier-imposed return charges

Any applicable fees will be communicated before the return is authorized whenever reasonably possible.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including, where applicable:

• Custom or specially ordered products
• Products identified as final sale or non-returnable
• Used, installed, altered, or damaged products
• Products missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
• Hazardous, regulated, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products
• Opened consumables
• Digital products, software, licenses, or subscriptions
• Products for which the manufacturer or distributor does not accept returns

Any known special return restrictions may also be stated on the product page, quote, invoice, or other order documentation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before the applicable supplier or fulfillment partner has begun processing the order.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, shipped, or been committed as a special-order purchase, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations may be subject to supplier cancellation or restocking fees.

Contact support@northwoodsb2b.com immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued after the applicable returned products have been received and accepted by the supplier, manufacturer, or other authorized return location.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original method of payment.

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, restocking fees, and other applicable supplier charges may be deducted from the refund unless the return resulted from an error by Northwoods Supply Solutions, the supplier, or the manufacturer.

Multiple-Supplier Orders

A single Northwoods Supply Solutions order may contain products fulfilled by multiple suppliers.

As a result, different products within the same order may have different return instructions and may need to be returned to different locations.

Customers should not combine authorized returns unless specifically instructed to do so.

Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer or coordinated through Northwoods Supply Solutions depending on the product and supplier.
